Technical Information

The optimal printing sheet format for Polycoat labels is 350 x 500 mm, but we can work with formats up to 500 x 700 mm.  

For very small labels, a smaller print sheet, such as 250 x 350 mm or 125 x 175 mm, is recommended. 
On special machines we can perform the PolyCoat treatment on up to 400 x 1,000 mm. 
 
The surface tension of your printed sheet must be at least 33 DYN. 36-38 DYN gives the best result. 
 
We are happy to provide methods to increase the DYN number on your printed sheets.
